As interest in Marxist ideas continues to grow internationally, our scope of support has increased and we have recieved many messages and declarations of solidarity. To highlight one example, we recently received a spate of translations of our articles from supporters and sympathisers around the world.
Recent translations include:
- A Kurdish translation of Hamid Alizadeh’s statement on the Turkish army’s invasion of Afrin.
- Three Thai translations, including Alan Woods’ 'Why we are Marxists' and 'What is Historical Materialism?'; and 'What is Dialectical Materialism?' by Rob Sewell.
- An edition of a Farsi art and culture magazine populated by translations of several of our articles, with a guest introduction by Alan Woods.
- And finally, a Turkish publishing company, Yordam Kitap, is working on a new, Turkish translation of Ted Grant and Alan Woods’ Reason and Revolt.
We thank those responsible for these translations, which demonstrate that the ideas of Marxism are finding a wide, international echo. We send our fraternal regards to all supporters and sympathisers of these regions, and invite them to join us in building the forces of Marxism worldover. Solidarity!
